The apartment with 45 square meter on the 2nd floor has a kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom with double bed. The apartment can be reached from the parking garage by elevator or stairs. Accessible by car, yet only a 5-minute walk from the city center. A new modern apartment in a historic house. The BrixenCard is included in the price.

Contactless check-in
This is a contactless check-in. We are reachable but not on site.
For our guests, a hassle-free check-in is extremely important.
Procedure example:
Guests book.
Guests receive an email with a link for an easy and quick online check-in.
After a successful online check-in, guests receive via email or SMS the PIN for access to the apartment, as well as information about parking and Wi-Fi access.
Why online check-in?
We are legally obliged to collect the guests' data upon their arrival and to pass it on to state authorities such as the police department and the statistics office.
Prepayment
At the moment of reservation, the total amount must be paid immediately via online payment (Visa & Mastercard) or bank transfer.
Cancellation
For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
